- I tried this method to install Camera Raw 6.4.1 into CS5, but when I try to open raw files from photoshop, I keep getting the message “unable to use the camera raw plugin”. Any suggestions? I tried using both the 32 and 64 bit versions of camera raw.
- Adobe has released the finalized version of Adobe Camera Raw v6.7, the last update that will work with Photoshop CS5. The final version include support for Canon's EOS 5D Mark III, Nikon's D800 and the Olympus E-M5, as part of a list of 21 cameras added. The update includes the most recent NX cameras from Samsung as well as coverage for a range of Fujifilm models. No support is yet included.

Adobe has released a new version of the Camera Raw plug-in and DNG converter that will be the last update compatible with Photoshop CS5 in all its variants.
Adobe Camera Raw, which lets you import and enhance raw images, is a tool for professional photographers. Creative Cloud apps that support Adobe Camera Raw include Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, After Effects, and Bridge. Camera Raw 6.7 is now available as a Release Candidate on Adobe Labs.
