Please perform these actions to solve the issue:1. Open Terminal application on Mac located in /Applications/Utilities
2. Paste the command into Terminal as is and hit return (type your password when prompted):
sudo launchctl stop com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon
3. Open Finder, go to Macintosh HD /Library/Preferences/Parallels and move licenses.xml file to Trash
